Because I'm an idiot...

Because I'm an idiot...and I can't figure out how to post a snapshot of last weeks progress...here it is...the long way.

Goal = Calories(1200-1550) Fat(27-60) Carbs(135-252) Protein(30-136)

Jan 9 = 631 Calories - 10 Fat - 117 Carbs - 23 Protein
Jan 10= 558Calories - 20 Fat - 77 Carbs - 19 Protein
Jan 11= 508 Calories - 4 Fat - 100 Carbs - 18 Protein
Jan 12= 627 Calories - 23 Fat - 77 Carbs - 24 Protein
Jan 13= 436 Calories - 9 Fat - 65 Carbs - 20 Protein
Jan 14= 936 Calories - 45 Fat - 106 Carbs - 30 Protein

My scales don't work right...so I can't really measure the results in pounds...but I was still recovering from the dizziness of the week before (inner ear infection)...so I did not get to exercise...so I don't expect that it was spectacular. I am exercising this week though...so hopefully, that will help!

Be Well!

Holy crap, mom. You are not eating nearly enough food! No wonder you are dizzy and don't feel good! It's not about eating a little as posible to survive, it's about eating the right amounts of everything so that you feel good and are healthy.

Oh, yeah - you aren't an idiot. Shane had to tell me how :-)

Chasity's comment sounds JUST LIKE what my daughter would say. I could hear Chasity's words in Farrah's voice.

I TOTALLY agree with Chas. That's not healthy, Mom!

As an honorary Schoonover, I concur with my siblings. You're off to too good a start. Eat healthy but eat more!

Haven't a clue what they are talking but yeah - whatever they said!! Eat more otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to it's fat reserves as it doesn't know when the next meal is coming.

Ditto from your Kentucky sis! Bump that intake up to about...what? 2000 or so? (I need to check my LiveIt recommendations again.)

And Ctrl-Print Screen should do the trick for the shot. :-)

You say Ctrl-Print Screen...Shane says Alt-Print Screen. The Ctrl and Alt keys are dead. All you have to do is hit Print Screen and it will copy a screenshot to the clipboard.

The ctrl and alt keys aren't dead. ctrl-print screen and print screen both move the entire screen to the clipboard. Alt-Print Screen only copies the active window...not the taskbar, and anything else you may have open.
